Shepherd - Medium - Young - Female - Dog - Lil Red

Lil Red & Maggie are true survivors. They've spent their entire lives chained up to a shed on chains so short that they could only move about two feet outside of the shed. Inside the shed, they literally lived in their own urine & feces because the shed was never cleaned out. Their water was usually dirty, & their food was usually spoiled. Although they are mother & daughter, they were chained up in such a way that they couldn't touch each other. The scene was truly like something from the TV show Animal Cops Detroit. Their owners recently moved away & left them behind to starve to death. But they've been rescued & are now ready for a wonderful home that they so truly deserve. Can you give both or one of them that home? Both dogs are exceptionally friendly, playful, loving, & forgiving. At the shelter where they're staying, they sleep together inside one doghouse, even though we've provided two separate doghouses for them. They are usually seen lying side by side, something they were unable to do until now. Please consider adopting both of them!Both have been spayed & vaccinated.
