We are looking for 2 people to sublease for spring and summer (if possible) 2010. The lease would be from January 1-July 31. The apartment is a 4 bed/ 4 bath apartment in Berkeley Place. Each bedroom's rent is $339/ month. The apartment is fully furnished. Currently 4 females live here, so the environment is very clean and kept together. One roommate will continue to stay here til July, but she's only home 2 hours a day so it's like she's never here. The apartment is on the 1st floor so it'll be easy to move stuff in. Rent includes internet, water and cable. All that is required is electricity which is divided by the 4 roommates.
